Matthias Pahn is Professor of Building Construction and Precast Structures and head of the DFG Major Research Instrumentation Program “Computed Tomography.” His research focuses on climate-neutral components and structures. The focus is on the integration of new materials and technologies in multifunctional sandwich and composite components as well as the development of supporting structures and building concepts. One methodological focus is the use of imaging techniques in component analysis.
