Anja Danner-Schröder is an apl. Professor of Management of Digital Transformation. Her research focuses on the role of digitalization in organizations, particularly how artificial intelligence and digital interfaces change and stabilize organizational routines. Another key area of her work is the analysis of organizational routines in crisis and extreme situations, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or humanitarian emergencies.
